Chaga has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It contains a wide variety of potentially beneficial chemical compounds including polysaccharides, which have been shown in studies to reduce markers of oxidative stress and inflammation.

Shake before use. Squeeze top twice to get 1ml of tincture. Take 4ml twice a day (4mL = just under 1 tsp). Consume with water, in coffee, tea, smoothies, elixirs, milks, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Store out of direct sunlight.
