Fermented Ashwagandha



Botanica's Fermented Ashwagandha is perfect for supporting gut health. The small batch brewing process starts with organic ashwagandha harvested at peak potency and made into a herbal tea. It is thencombined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) and fermented fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.

In addition to a healthy dose of ashwagandha, this fermented elixir is loaded with enzymes, B vitamins, micronutrients and organic acids, all to help you feel calm when life throws a little too much your way.

Drink one shot (2 tbsp) or mix with water or juice. And take five deep, slow breathes. Consult a health practitioner if pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Fermented Ashwaganda is good up until the expiry date on the bottle. If kept outside of the fridge, fermentation will continue (but not go bad). More “mother” may grow as well but it will not be harmful (just like in apple cider vinegar).
