Kava Root is a member of the pepper family, and has been used for centuries in Oceanic cultures as a support for relaxation.

More recently, Kava was shown to effectively reduce anxiety symptoms in several double-blind, placebo controlled studies [1] [2] [3] [4].

Botanica's Kava Root Liquid Herb is ecologically harvested from the island of Vanuatu.
