This Reishi tincture is a potent and bioavailable dual extract that is made to be taken everyday.

Usage:

  • Shake before use, and squeeze top twice to get 1ml of tincture
  • Take 4ml twice a day   (4mL = just under 1 tsp)Consume with water, in coffee, tea, smoothies, elixirs, milks, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner
